Don't worry! If you can make a phone call, you can join our classes. We provide simple instructions and personal tech support. Many of our most tech-worried participants are now our most enthusiastic!

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Yes! We cater to all fitness levels. Many participants start as complete beginners and love the gentle, supportive approach.

Can I modify exercises if I have limitations?

Absolutely! All exercises are tailored to accommodate varying mobility levels, with chair-based options and modifications for every movement.

What if I can't keep up with the exercises?

Every single exercise has easier modifications. Our physiotherapists demonstrate options for all ability levels - you go at your own pace, always.

Can I try a class first before committing?

Absolutely! Book a single class to see if it's right for you. No pressure, no commitment required.

What if I miss a class?

Your class passes give you plenty of time to use sessions, plus you can access recorded versions to practice at home.
